In the garden – July 20

I did five pints of pickled peppers last week. I got up at 4:30 one morning to can before the kids got up, but Piper must have known and got up with me. 

 I had planned to can a few more this week but with five days of 100+ temps, I’m going to pass on that plan and just figure out ways to eat them or give them  away.

  1. ohhh Pickled peppers! I’ve never made them. My sweet banana peppers are going nuts so I might try this. Good morning, Piper! You had an adorable assistant!
